Nancie began her love for the beauty industry as a little girl growing up in her mother’s beauty salon called Jeanne de Neval in a suburb of Montreal, Quebec. I guess you can say “like mother, like daughter”. Nancie is bilingual speaking, fluent in English and French.

In 1986, she went to the highest rated electrolysis and aesthetician school in Montreal. She got her diploma in 1988, where she began her career as an aesthetician and electrologist working along the side of her family’s business. Her mother shared her industry knowledge and taught her everything there was to know about the business, from electrolysis, skin care, products and most importantly, client satisfaction. This facet of the business is crucial for Nancie; taking the time with every customer, making sure that every question is answered and listening to any concern they may have. She understands that the customer needs to be informed about the treatment and also about the post-treatment.

Winners of the Phyt’s Top Sales Award in Quebec, Nancie was invited for an intensive training from Phyt’s and allowing them a special visit of their laboratory with their founder Jean-Paul Llopart, a French Naturopath. It was quite a valuable experience and provided Nancie with greater knowledge of their products. Still today, Nancie uses them personally and recommends them highly to her customers.

Nancie moved from Montreal to Colorado in 1998 along with her husband and their 2 young kids. She became immediately involved in her community. In 2002, while both kids were in elementary school, she decided to go back to her passion; she started her own business in Highlands Ranch.
